Dodental measles Romania to 35

With the death of a 39-year-old woman in a hospital in Brasov, the death rate of a measles epidemic in Romania has risen to 35.

Most of the dead were children, often not years old. A total of 9670 cases were recorded.

The epidemic has been in place since August last year. According to Romanian media, this is because there is still a lack of vaccine. The authorities say that religiously motivated campaigns against vaccination are also responsible.
