Demonstrators Tokyo demand resignation Prime Minister Abe

In Tokyo, thousands of people have taken to the streets to demonstrate against Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.

According to the organizers around 50,000 people gathered together, the biggest protest in almost three years. They gathered at the parliament building on Saturday and held up signs stating texts that the Japanese Prime Minister put away as a liar.

Abe is under pressure because of a number of scandals. Two of them are about selling public land to family members. In addition, the alleged lack of information about the activities of the Japanese army during the war in Iraq did not do its popularity well.

The prime minister emphatically stressed that he had done nothing wrong.
