Deaths at Save the Children increased to eleven

The death toll after fighting at an office of the international aid organization Save the Children in the Afghan city of Jalalabad has risen to eleven.

A suicide bomber blew himself up in front of the entrance on Wednesday and a few moments later armed men entered with guns. The attackers could only be eliminated after ten hours of fighting. Among the dead are also a guard and a member of the security forces. The attack has been claimed by the terrorist organization Islamic State.
