Death-related flat-rate Russia has risen

The death toll due to the flat disaster in the Russian city Magnitogorsk has risen to at least 37.

The ten-storey residential building from the Soviet era collapsed partly after an explosion on Monday. According to researchers, this was probably caused by a gas leak. According to the authorities, four missing people are probably still under the rubble.

Magnitogorsk is located about 1400 kilometers east of Moscow, in the south of Ural. The industrial city has about 400,000 inhabitants.
