Crash with heli possible due to passenger error

The accident with a helicopter on Sunday in New York, which caused five people to die, may have been caused by one of the passengers with a bag running an emergency stop causing the fuel supply to be abruptly cut off.

That is what the pilot said, US media reported on Tuesday. The 33-year-old Richard Vance was the only one who survived the crash.

The device crashed into the East River. Two passengers died on the spot, three others later in the hospital.
