Convicted Israeli military appeal

The Israeli soldier who shot a wounded, though disarmed Palestinian terrorist, Wednesday lodged an appeal against his conviction.

Three lawyers Azaria defended by court-martial, letting know in a comment on the decision that they will not assist him in appeal. She stated that he was a 'great and not thought possible' condemnation has received and suggested therefore that he can not be put at risk.
