Convicted Danish asylum seekers must go to a tiny island

Soon, convicted Danish asylum seekers will have to spend their days on the small island of the country.

The asylum seekers who end up on the island can not go back to the country of origin after a conviction for a crime because they will probably be tortured or executed there. Nieuwsuur reports that the Danish government today agreed with the plan to place 100 rejected asylum seekers on the island.
