The Consumers' Association has received more than 2000 complaints a year about the lousy service telecom provider Online.
The complaints range from slow or no internet access, TV with 'blocked' image to no services after a transition. " People are sometimes days or weeks without internet. There are many complaints about customer service : Online is not reached or if the customer does not solve the problems ' ', says the Consumer.
