China encourages family expansion further

China wants the number of births in the country continue to increase with new measures.

According to the government hesitates 60 percent of Chinese parents to have a second child. It would often not suit to work and costly.

In 2016 there were born in China, 18.5 million babies. That's nearly 1.5 million more than the average number for the previous five years.
