China can now also supply space

China is one step closer to its own space station.

The unmanned freighter Tianzhou-1 (Heavenly Ship 1) arrived at Tiangong-2 Station (Heavenly Palace 2), about 400 kilometers above the earth on Saturday. The capsule was launched last Thursday. The mission is to test the technology. There are currently no people in the Heavenly Palace. Last autumn, two Chinese stayed for a month in the lab, the longest Chinese space mission ever.

Only China and Russia are currently able to bring people into a job around the world. Russia is joining ISS International Space Station with Europe, the United States, Canada and Japan, but China is moving its own course.
