Chic flats for punk because the skyscraper goes away

Inside everything looks spiky and spanning, but the apartments in the San Francisco Millennium Tower quickly lose their value due to a construction failure.

This poses another problem: the tower is increasingly leaning to the Salesforce Tower, which is opposite. Experts have long been suspected of an earthquake in the coming years. That could be catastrophic, some think, even though the inspection has called the building as 'safe'.

The Millennium Tower now has almost 10 years of age, but goes further away each year, so the pool, cinema and wine cellar can no longer hide the concerns about the construction faults. The value of 400 apartments is falling rapidly.
