Catalan independence really from table

The Spanish Constitutional Court officially destroyed the independence declaration of the Autonomous Region of Catalonia Wednesday as expected.

The Catalan Parliament voted on 27 October for Spain's independence. A few hours later, the Catalan government, led by Carles Puigdemont, was fired by the government in Madrid.

Currently, Puigdemont and four other government members live in Belgium where they are waiting for a court ruling on extradition to Spain. Eight other government members are stuck in Madrid.
