Cancel elections Mariupol catastrophe

The local elections Sunday in the eastern Ukrainian city of Mariupol was canceled due to problems with the ballots.

Porosjenko has called for an investigation and asked parliament to quickly come up with a new election date for Mariupol. The port city is the last major city in eastern Ukraine that is controlled by the government.

Nor to be voted on by the neighboring Russia annexed Crimea peninsula and in the regions of Donetsk and Luhansk, controlled by pro-Russian rebels.
