Camera records how man locks the doorbell for three hours

Agents in Salinas, California, have identified a man on Tuesday who licked on a doorbell for three hours on Monday.

The homeowners were out of town, but their children were still in the house. The children did not wake up from the bell, but the security system of the family did sound an alarm when movement was signaled at the front door.
