Bullet and powder at Belgian minister

At the Brussels office of the Belgian secretary of state Theo Francken (Asylum and Migration) an anthrax alarm was issued, because of an envelope with white powder and a bullet.

In the envelope was also a card with the text: 'intimate participation', Belgian media reports. For security reasons, Prime Minister Charles Michel left his nearby official residence. It is being investigated what kind of powder it is.

Francken has been under fire lately because of an affair surrounding Sudanese asylum seekers. Whether the letter is related is unclear.
