Bulgarias new president puts off oath of office
Rumen Radev (53) the oath of office Thursday in the Bulgarian Parliament passed the new president.
Radev, which chronicled as 'Russia-friendly', must also appoint an interim government.
Prime Minister Boyko Borissov presented in November the resignation of his center-right government after government Tsetska Tsatsjeva candidate lost the presidential election.
