Broker asks euro 1.3 million for toilet

A former public toilet in East London is for sale.


         Is the aerial access an architectural feast for the eye, the surprise is to be found underground. A space no larger than about 55 square meters is being touted by the broker as 'charming, quirky, unique, brilliantly situated' and 'a fantastic opportunity'. Who wants to start a night club can lose with any luck sixty customers, writes the Guardian newspaper Sunday.
The cottage is appealing to the hospitality industry. In 2012, there once was a nightclub whose owner, however, was caught on drug trafficking. Thirteen arrests and the withdrawal of the license were due.
