British chain pulls knives from the shelves

A British supermarket chain stops selling separate kitchen knives.

'We know that loose knives are the most stolen type of knife and that's why we decided to remove them from the stores', according to the Asda store chain. No knives can be sold to people under the age of 18 in Great Britain.

Since the beginning of this year, ten teenagers between the ages of 14 and 19 have been killed with knife stabbing.
