Breivik catches bone at EU court

The European Court of Human Rights does not consider a complaint from Anders Breivik about his treatment in prison.

The court concludes after investigation that it did not find any violation of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights. Breivik's complaint was therefore declared inadmissible.

Breivik committed two attacks in Oslo in 2011, causing a total of 77 people to die. He was sentenced a year later for multiple murder and terrorism. He was sentenced to 21 years in prison with the possibility of extension. Breivik has officially changed his name and is now called Fjotolf Hansen.

Earlier, the Supreme Court of Norway did not consider an appeal from Breivik.
