Bombing in Baghdad market

A heavy explosion of a car bomb at a vegetable market in the Iraqi capital Baghdad Sunday killed at least twelve people died.

This was announced by the police and medical sources. Responsibility for the attack has not been claimed.

The blast took place in the east of the city, in the mainly Shiite district of Jamila. Last week there were several attacks perpetrated in Baghdad, where dozens of people died. Some of these attacks were claimed by Islamic State.
