Bolsonaro leads in Brazilian elections

The right-wing populist presidential candidate Jair Bolsonaro goes after the counting of 65 percent of the votes in the Brazilian elections.

His opponent in the second round is most likely Fernando Haddad of the Workers' Party. He received 26 percent of the votes. Haddad is an ally of former president Luiz InĂ¡cio Lula da Silva, who is stuck because of corruption.

Bolsonaro was stabbed last month and has recently been discharged from the hospital.
