Body missing Artur (6) found on Mallorca

The body of 6-year-old Artur, the boy who was missing after heavy rainfall and flooding last week, was found on Mallorca.

After a search of eight days, rescue workers found the body of Artur at five hundred meters from the last bridge in Sant Llorenç de Cardassar: the village where the floods last Tuesday were the most intense.

His family was immediately informed. The father of the boy also lost his wife last week because of the bad weather. Forty-year-old Joana was on her way home with her two children, Artur and Ursula, when she was caught by the storm. She could still bring her five-year-old daughter to safety by pushing her out of the car. She was taken by a German tourist, who passed by on the bike.
