Belgium wants 15 percent of the Princes allowance

The Belgian government wants to reduce Prince Laurent's annual allowance by 201 percent by 201 percent.

The younger brother of King Filip visited the Chinese embassy last summer without permission from the government and in army uniforms. It is not the first time that Laurent performs solo. Michel had called him on the carpet before.

Recently, the prince defended himself against the threat of a discount on his donation in a seven-page letter. He would thus be condemned to a 'social isolation' because he must always ask permission if he wants to go somewhere. That is a violation of his human rights, he argued. The federal government will now submit the proposal to the House.
