Belgian army embarrassed by burglary

The Belgian army was embarrassed by breaking into a barracks.

It is about the army base in Heverlee, where, among other components of the Belgian military intelligence and special forces are stationed. The burglars simply clipped a hole in the fence to get inside. They laid six bottles with flammable dust beneath a row of military vehicles. Monday after the hole was discovered in the fence, the leadership had to search the whole barracks and the bottles were found. Defense hit high alert and had come to include the bomb squad to defuse the incendiary bombs. It is unclear why the bottles are not ignited.
