Beer after wine does not always show up

There is nothing to be said about the proverb 'beer after wine gives venom, wine after beer gives pleasure'.

The research was done with a group of ninety students. Thirty of them first drank beer than wine, thirty first drank wine than beer, and the other thirty only drank one or the other. A week later, the first two groups were reversed.

Surrendering by the drink turned out to be a better indicator. Those who had to vomit during his drinking, had a greater chance of a heavy hangover, the researchers saw.
