Band after Hitler salute not welcome in Nijmegen

The American band Down is no longer welcome at the metal festival FortaRock in Nijmegen.

The organization of FortaRock say they have the past few days had close contact with all parties,, ''. On the basis of these consultations, it was decided to cancel the occurrence of Down. The organization wants to make clear,, that there is no room for racism or fascism FortaRock. ''

Anselmo, who is also singer of the band Pantera, offered previously through its own website though his apologies. He claims that it was a bad joke.
