Auto drives into students, three Chinese injured

In an accident in Toulouse with a vehicle there are several injured cases, probably all of Chinese origin, according to BBC.

Two out of three have serious injury according to the first messages. What has just happened is still unclear. According to the French police, the perpetrator was not on a terrorist list, but did it intentionally.
