Austria warns of avalanche danger

In several Austrian regions, an alarm was issued Thursday for avalanche danger.

That will remain the same in the coming days, with possibly even a deterioration. The weather forecasts for, among others, the Salzburgerland are disturbing. There can fall to a meter of snow again in the weekend. Account must be taken of barriers, roadblocks and large avalanches. The warning level has been increased to 4, the second highest.
