Australians: We have an alcohol problem

Over three-quarters of Australians believe that the country has a chronic alcohol problem.

78 percent of respondents find that Australians are using too much alcoholic beverages. Almost half (44 percent) of the people say they are looking too deep in their eyes. The poll was held on behalf of a foundation that deals with the research on alcohol use and gives information and lessons about it.

The interests of the drinks industry disagree with the outcome of the poll and calls the result 'moodmaking'.
