At least 20 dead in India train crash

In India, at least twenty people were killed Saturday when a train derailed in the eastern state of Andhra Pradesh.

Emergency services fear that the death toll rises further. Many people still trapped in the wreckage. Injured persons have been removed from the train, were taken to two nearby hospitals. The train was en route from Jagdalpur to Bhubaneswar, the state capital of Odisha.

How touched the train of the rails is not clear.

Train Accidents in the Asian country are not uncommon. The railways daily transport 20 million passengers and have a bad reputation in the field of security. In 2015, 39 people crashed in Uttar Pradesh in a train accident.

Last November, more than 140 people dead and more than two hundred people were injured when fourteen trains of Indore-Patna Express derailed. The accident was the deadliest in six years in India.
