At 22 degrees no white Christmas in eastern US
No white Christmas in the northeastern US The weather presenters in New York and Washington predicting exceptionally high temperatures for this time of year in the region.
Especially the day before Christmas will be warm with temperatures of 22 to 23 degrees. They are temperature records for February in the region. Some media reported that the wind chill can come at 27 degrees.
On Christmas Day itself temperatures drop as the weather forecasters at 18 to 20 degrees.
The New York Times reported Wednesday that this December is exceptionally soft. Warm Christmas included, is the average temperature this winter month probably 11 degrees. Normally that would mean three degrees.
