Astonishment of smurf dogs

In the streets of the Indian metropolis Mumbai, strange four-legged animals have dived in the past few days.

After a dive in the Kasadi River, the beasts would have clung blue out of the water. The authorities have warned citizens for years not to use water from the river.

Animal warders have pulled out of government by public authorities. They demand that there be action against the polluting producers.
