Aquarius gets 141 migrants out of the sea

After halting for weeks, the ship Aquarius has rescued 141 migrants from boats in the Mediterranean.

The crew of the Aquarius reported the rescue of the migrants to the Libyan Coast Guard. That coordinates the rescue actions.

Italy and Malta refused to have the Aquarius installed before the ship picked up more than six hundred refugees at sea. The migrants eventually ended up in the Spanish port of Valencia. Then the ship lay in the port of Marseille for weeks.
