Anonymous weed smoker finds tiger in the home

An anonymous informer, while smoking a joint, found a tiger in an abandoned house in the American Houston.

The tiger was in a cage in a house on East Avenue J. The cage was in the garage, and was not locked. The garage was closed with a screwdriver and a piece of nylon.
