Agent hits autistic boy (12) against the ground

The 12-year-old Canadian Jack Parcellss is autistic and has ADHD.

Jack's mother told Global News that she had informed the officers about her son's disorders. 'I told them that he has ADHD, anxiety disorders and autism. 'In panic, the parents decided to switch the police on, because they themselves did not get their son quiet anymore.

The police came to the aid, but when Jack got upset and started cursing, he got handcuffs and one of the agents hit the 12-year-old boy against the ground.

Jack's father still can not believe it. They have always taught Jack that if there is anything, you can always trust someone in a uniform. 'At the first contact with an agent he is knocked down. How do we explain that? 'Thus the excited father.

Jack lay unconscious on the floor after the blow. According to the mother, the agent then lifted the wounded boy again, then hit him again.

The 12-year-old has been treated in the hospital for his injuries.

The police watchdog ASIRT has started an investigation into the circumstances of the incident. The police say that the injuries are taken seriously. 'We did not want this either', according to a spokesperson.

The parents hope that agents will be trained in the future to deal with such special cases.
