Again judgment against army ban transgender

A federal Court of Appeal in Washington has ruled that the ban on transgender people from joining the US Army from January 1 will not go ahead.

It is the second appeal court that annuls the ban. Three federal judges in the US blocked the transgender ban and the Trump government appealed. A court ruled earlier that the army must allow transgender recruits from 1 January. Refusal of transgender people is a form of discrimination and in violation of the constitution. The two professional courts went along with that judgment.

Transgenders are people who through their behavior go through life as someone of the opposite sex. They do not feel at home in the role of their own gender.
