AfD expels members to participate in the neo-Nazi festival

The department of the right-wing populist AfD in the German state of Lower Saxony says three members are on guard because they had attended a meeting of neo-Nazis.

The trio had driven to Ostritz on 20 April to pause at Adolf Hitler's birthday at a neonazi music festival. Someone had recently sent photos anonymously to the Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung on which the three AfD members would have been shown. According to the AfD, the three Monday admitted that they were at the festival.
