Abbas because of the dust after statements about Jews

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has apologized for his controversial statements about Jews.

Abbas received a lot of criticism in recent days after saying in a speech that 'the hatred of Jews had nothing to do with their religion,' but their role in society. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu then said that Abbas was guilty of anti-Semitism and Holocaust denial. The EU also criticized the 'unacceptable' remarks made by the Palestinian leader.

Abbas went deeply through the dust on Friday. He said in a statement to apologize to people who feel insulted by his speech, 'especially people with the Jewish faith. 'The president emphasized' never intended to 'offend people.
