A child is on the three victims Idlib

Nearly one in three victims of possible poison gas attack in the Syrian province of Idlib is a child.

According to reports from medical and human rights organizations on Tuesday dozens of people killed and hundreds wounded by the possible attack with chemical weapons. Save the Children calls for an independent investigation. That should reveal whether actually poison gas were used.

'Doctors at a clinic run by our partner Syria Relief reported that three children were brought in, all under six years. She had difficulty breathing, were barely conscious, had runny noses and small pupils, 'says director Pim Kraan from Save the Children.

'The doctors are the symptoms that may indicate use of nerve gases such as sarin. If indeed used a banned chemical, is a violation of international law. '
