4 EU countries call Russia ambassador on a mat

Four EU countries have called on the Russian ambassador in their country.

It is assumed that the four countries will take measures against Russia in connection with the assassination attempt at Salisbury in the south of England this month. There a former Russian double spy, Sergei Skripal, and his daughter came into contact at the beginning of this month with an exceptional kind of nerve gas that was once developed in the Soviet Union. The stuff did not kill the two, but they are in a coma. London accuses the Kremlin of being behind this. Russia denies involvement.

At the European summit last week, it was agreed that EU countries would take steps against Russia as support for the British.
