PARIS - The foreign tourist who was injured by the Champs-Élysées attack is a German woman. The German Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported Friday that the state of women is stable. She is not in danger of life.
A man started thunderstorm on the Champs Elysees. Before he was shot himself, he killed a police officer and injured two other agents and the German tourist. The authorities have not yet disclosed their identity.
A spokesman for the French Ministry of Interior said Friday that the two injured agents were also out of danger. One of the two agents is seriously injured. Injuries to the other agent are less severe.
