'White House is considering leaving NAFTA'

washington - The US government is considering taking steps from the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). A senior government official looks at a draft version of a presidential decree that would lead to an American departure from the free trade area.

Previously, two officials in the White House already stated against Politico news site that circulates a draft version of such a decree. She stressed that the content of the presidential order could still be adjusted.

US President Donald Trump, according to Politico, called the NAFTA agreement with Canada and Mexico last week 'very, very bad' for the United States. 'We're going to make some big changes or we'll let NAFTA go forever,' said Trump during a speech.
