Truck hits trailer, long files on A16

rotterdam - Traffic that runs from Dordrecht towards Rotterdam must take into account long files and much delay on Thursday afternoon, and it is advised to avoid the A16. After an accident, the main road to Rotterdam is temporarily closed.

A lorry bumped there on an ANWB trolley. The ravage is big because the truck was buried through the vangrail on the median. Traffic can travel via the Benelux tunnel.

It is not clear how long it takes for the road is clear again. The Traffic Information Service (VID) assumes that it will take hours before the ravage is cleared.

Traffic on the parallel path may pass, but it should take into account a lot of delays. On the opposite lane, one dense lane is delayed for traffic towards the south.
