Syrian journalist shot dead in Turkey
- Syrian journalist Naji al-Dscherf shot dead in the city of Gaziantep in southeastern Turkey. His family said Sunday that 'extremist groups' were behind the assassination.
Al-Dscherf was editor of the Syria appearing monthly Hentah and was considered anti-IS-activist. He had recently made a film about the atrocities that had committed the terrorist organization in the Syrian city of Aleppo.
In October, in the city of Sanliurfa in southeast Turkey even though two anti-IS activists were killed.
