amsterdam - One check social media. check your balance. Check if your hair well. They are all small moments, but we have a lot of time on check together. No less than one month per year, according to research from PanelWizard commissioned by SNS.

The most we check social media 24 hours per month. News and new apps get eight hours per month attention. Third we check the appearance of men: 12 minutes per day. That's 20 minutes a day as well as the mirror is counted there. Striking: men (38%) watch more than women (29%) in the mirror to get a better self-image.
The financial status is also well monitored. More than a third of respondents checked the bank account every day. Another quarter do so two to five times a week. When checking energy supplier (1.5 hours per year), health insurance and mortgage mentioned (both about 45 minutes per year) control keeping surprisingly is the main reason.
