moscow - Russian President Vladimir Putin and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe asked North Korea and other countries to refrain from behavior and rhetoric that could further increase the tension around Pyongyang's nuclear program. Both statesmen held talks in Moscow on Thursday.
At the end of the press conference, Putin and Abe said they agreed to withdraw together in attempting to bring about the crisis surrounding North Korea. Putin is in favor of bringing the six most involved parties back to the negotiating table as soon as possible to find a solution to the conflict.
