FLENSBURG - A 52-year-old German was Wednesday charged with the murder 34 years ago when a 73-year-old woman. The man was seventeen years old when he was caught by the victim in 1982 when the burglary at her home in Schleswig in northern Germany. He strangled her.
Researchers came to the man on the basis of DNA on the track. He lives with his family in the Ostholstein region also in the north of Germany. The man will have to answer in January for the court. Since that time he was a minor, he will be tried under the juvenile justice system.
