First Lady hugs with sick children

brussels - While her husband had meetings with several EU leaders, Melanie Trump was working in Brussels on Thursday with childbirths. The First Lady visited the University Children's Hospital Queen Fabiola in Laeken.

The patients were welcomed by the presidential woman with a homemade paper bouquet in the colors of the Belgian flag. Mrs. Trump received it with a big hug. Then she went to the picture with the children. She also did her best to fold some flowers.

Thursday afternoon, with the other partners, mostly women and a single man, Melanie is heading for NATO leaders. They are in town for the initiation of the new NATO headquarters and a work dinner.

The partners go to the Magritte Museum and the boutique of the luxurious handbag brand Delvaux. Finally, they are received by Queen Mathilde for a tour of the royal conservatory of Laeken.

The daughter of Donald Trump, Ivanka, and her husband Jared Kushner have not traveled to Brussels on Wednesday after the meeting of the First Family with the Pope Wednesday on the Vatican.
