Brussels wants to block tracking cookies

- Browsers were cookies that follow users anywhere, default to block. Then cookie messages past. This is contained in a draft plan of the European Commission, which is owned by RTL Z.

It is intended that the browser should add a feature that allows tracking cookies by default disabled. Privacy Organizations are happy, the advertising world does not.

The final proposal is expected in January, should enter the line in 2018.
