- A policeman from Wallonia would have concrete plans to commit two murders. The 35-year-old Thomas V. was arrested Monday at his home in Marcinelle, near Charleroi. He held according to Belgian media a list with more names of potential victims, including love rivals.

The former soldier ordered through protected websites including automatic firearms and hand grenades, as noticed by the Belgian authorities of foreign intelligence services. His telephone was then tapped, and it was shadowed, whereupon the police permission was given to fall within the dwelling.

Since weapons were found, but according to the newspaper La Dernière Heure also a notebook with names of people with whom he had conflicts, and partners of ex-girlfriends he would have wanted to kill. The man, who has no criminal record and would suffer from psychological problems, which incidentally has denied in an interview.
